Determine the degree of a polynomial

• All numbers have a degree of 0.
• All variables have a degree of 1.
• All variables with an exponent, the exponent is the degree.
• If you have a number and variable you add the degrees.
• To find degree of any nomial thing over a monomial you say its the degree of the highest term.
